محترماً به اطلاع میرساند که نظام جمهوری اسلامی در ایران نمایندگی مردم ایران را ندارد. اگر هم زمانی نظام اعتباری در بین مردم داشت، اعتراضات گسترده مردمی در دهه های گذشته بیانگر آن است که، نظام قادر نیست حقوق شهروندی شامل امنیت، آزادی و معیشت زندگی مردم را تأمین کند و اعتبار و شایستگی حاکمیت خود را به یقین از دست داده است.
از زمان تاسیس جمهوری اسلامی تا کنون، بسیاری از مردم ایران، توسط نیروهای سرکوبگر و امنیتی نظام حاکم، جان خود را از دست دادهاند. از سویی دیگر، بیکاری، فقر، فساد و رانتخواری، در کشور بیداد میکند، و احتمال بوجود آمدن یک فاجعه انسانی را بوجود آورده است. نظام بدلیل ماهیت استبدادی، مخالفان سیاسی، روزنامهنگاران، فعالین حقوق بشر، دگراندیشان و آنانی که برای آزادی و برقرارای دموکراسی در ایران در تلاشند را دستگیر، زندان، شکنجه و حتی اعدام میکند .سرکوب و ترور تنها به داخل ایران معطوف نبوده، بلکه نظام مخالفان خود در خارج از مرزهای ایران را نیز ربوده و یا ترور کرده است.
در طول قیام مردم موسوم به جنبش سبز در سال ۲۰۰۹، هنگامی که مردم به نتایج انتخابات مهندسی شده نظام اعتراض کردند، بسیاری از آنان را در خیابانها به ضرب گلوله کشتند و با کامیون های نظامی از روی مجروحین کف خیابان رد شده و آنان را له کردند. همچنین در قیام های گسترده ۲۰۱۷ و ۲۰۱۹ بیش از هزار و پانصد تن از معترضان بی دفاع در خیابانها را با شلیک گلوله کشتند، و چند هزار را زخمی و به زندان افکندند.
همچنین مردم ایران با عدم شرکت در انتخابات ریاست جمهوری سال ۲۰۲۱ به نظام اسلامی و جهانیان نشان دادند که رژیم اسلامی حاکم برایران را قبول ندارند. برابر با سنجش ها تنها بین ۱۰ تا ۲۰ درضد از مردم ایران در این انتخاب شرکت کردند.
نمونه دیگر از بی کفایتی نظام مدیریت شیوع ویروس کرونا در کشور و بی توجهی به توصیه های سازمان بهداشت جهانی برای جلوگیری از آن بود. دولت مردان نظام کمکهای جهان غرب را قبول نکردند و حتی پزشکان بدون مرز که برای کمک به سیستم بهداشتی کشور به ایران سفر کردند را از ایران اخراح کردند. رهبر انقلاب، علی خامنهای، حتی دستور جلوگیری از ورود واکسن از غرب را صادر کرد. این بی توجهی، بی کفایتی و عدم مدیریت صحیح بهداشتی، موجب تلف شدن بیش از صد هزار شهروند و به خطر افتادن جان میلیونها انسان دیگر در ایران شده است.
از سوئی دیگر، بیکفایتی نظام در مدیریت صحیح محیط زیست است که، خسارتهای بسیار سنگینی به محیط زیست و منابع طبیعی، بویژه منابع آبی کشور ایران وارد کرده، که برای رفع و ترمیم خسارتهای وارده، به بیان کارشناسان محیط زیست داخل کشور، به زمان بسیار بالایی نیاز است.
افزون براین نظام با برنامه استراتژیکی هستهای خود، ساختن بمب اتمی، کشور ایران را با تحریمهای بسیار سنگین و انزوای سیاسی جهانی روبرو کرده است. از طرفی نظام با مداخله در کشورهای همسایه باعث بی ثباتی منطقه خاور میانه است. تحریمهای جهانی و هزینه مداخلات نظام در کشورهای همسایه، باعث ورشکستگی اقتصادی کشور ایران شده است. فشار اقتصادی باعث تورم افسار کسسته بر روی نیازمندیهای مردم بخصوص مواد غذایی درکشور است. در صد بسیار بالایی از مردم ایران قادر نیستند هزینه زندگی روزانه خود را تأمین نمایید. برابر با آمار سازمان برنامه نظام بیش از ۷۰ در صد از مردم ایران زیر خط فقر زندگی میکنند.
با توجه به موارد یادشده بالا، جبهه ملی ایران- خارج از کشور، که درصد بالایی از ملت ایران را نمایندگی میکند، اعلام میدارد که نظام جمهوری اسلامی در ایران نمایندگی ملت ایران را ندارد و نمیتواند متعهد و امضاء کننده هر گونه معاهده و پیمان نامه بین المللی باشد.

Please be informed the Islamic Republic of Iran no longer represents the People of Iran. It may be argued that previously it may have had some credibility, but the widespread protests of the past few decades indicate that the regime is no longer able to provide security, citizen rights, including freedom, livelihood for the people; hence it has lost its credibility to govern, entirely.
Since the inception of the Islamic Republic, many Iranians have lost their lives by the repressive forces of the regime. Further, unemployment, poverty, corruption, and nepotism have created a humanitarian catastrophe in the country, creating the possibility of a humanitarian catastrophe. Because of the authoritarian nature of the Islamic regime, political opponents, journalists, human rights activists, dissidents, and those struggling to secure freedom and democracy in Iran, have been imprisoned, tortured, and even executed. Repression and terror have not only been limited in the country but have also been extended to outside of the country, including kidnaping and assassination.
During the 2009 demonstration, known as Green Movement, when people protested the results of the regime’s engineered elections, they were shot and killed in the streets, the injured were ran over by military trucks and were crushed to death. Further, during the demonstration of 2017 and 2019 more than 1,500 defenseless demonstrators were fired upon with live ammunition by the regimes forces and killed, and many thousands were wounded and imprisoned.
Also, in the 2021 presidential elections, the Iranian people showed the Islamic regime in Iran, and the world, that they did not agree with the Islamic regime of Iran any longer. It is estimated that only between 10 to 20 percent of voters went to the polling stations, which is a stark indication of the regime’s illegitimacy.
Another example of the regime’s incompetence was demonstrated during the coronavirus pandemic. The regime disregarded the World Health Organization’s recommendations for the prevention, and further the regime did not even accept the Western world’s offer of assistance, and even doctors without borders who traveled to Iran to offer help were dismissed and removed from Iran by the order of the Supreme Leader, Ali Khamenei. Khamenei even issued fatwa that no vaccines should be purchased from the Western countries. Incompetence and lack of proper health management have resulted in the death of more than 100,000 Iranians and endangered the lives of millions of others.
Furthermore, the regime’s incompetence in proper management of Iran’s natural resources has caused severe damage to the environment, especially to water resources. The environmental damages caused in Iran is so grave that it may require several years to recover.
In addition, the regime’s strategic nuclear program, the acquisition of an atomic bomb, has left Iran facing heavy economic and military sanctions, and global political isolation. Their interference in the political affairs of neighboring countries has caused instability in the Middle East region, the cost of which is depleting the country’s annual budgets and pushing the economy into bankruptcy. Economic pressure has caused high inflation, especially on foods. Many Iranians are unable to afford their daily living expenditure. Based on the country program and development organization, more than 70 percent of Iranians live below the poverty line.
Noting the above, the National Front of Iran- abroad, which represents a high percentage of Iranians, declares that the Islamic Republic of Iran is illegitimate and does not represent the Iranian people in the world and therefore cannot commit the country to any signed international treaty, be it political and/or economical.
